Processing is quick for incoming domestic flights. Airport could use more work on infrastructure improvement but it is not a huge problem. Given the amount of people I see traveling to SAI, they should charge higher tourism fees. The amount of pollution is a problem along the ocean. The beaches can use a higher fee for clean up. For a small tourism fee, it is amazing how these entitled clowns complaining how this airport should be Trump Tower. I have an important news for you, the world doesn't need to cater to your needs. SAI will still get their money for a long time. Cash talks, your BS walks.

Overcrowded tiny airport with incapable staff. Waiting time of over an hour for "immigration" after a domestic flight - with no aircon but with pure chaos. Outside taxi hyenas with scam prices. Very bad start of your Caribbean holidays

**Gustavo Rojas Pinilla International Airport ⭐⭐⭐☆☆** **Pros:** - **Convenient Location:** Just a short drive from the center of San Andrés. - **Airlines and Destinations:** Good variety of domestic and some international flights. - **Facilities:** Free Wi-Fi, duty-free shops, restaurants, and comfortable waiting areas. **Cons:** - **Crowding:** Can get quite crowded, especially during peak tourist seasons. - **Limited International Flights:** Not many direct international flights. - **Maintenance:** Some areas need better upkeep, especially restrooms and air conditioning. - **Transportation Options:** Could use more organized and reliable public transportation. **Suggestions for Improvement:** - Increase the number of direct international flights. - Regularly maintain and upgrade facilities. - Develop a more efficient public transportation system. - Increase staffing during peak times to manage crowds and reduce wait times.

A very strange and chaotic airport. In high season, DO ARRIVE TOO EARLY for your flight! There are no Avianca/LatAm self check-in machines and the lines to baggage drop can be very long. Likewise security. On that day, there was only one line in operation at security. No AC and the second floor is partially open so birds were flying indoors. No monitors after security. Luckily, only four gates so you don't have to walk far to see if your flight's gate has changed. The one and only lounge is next to gate 4, and they closed off that waiting area for an international flight and we were not allowed to walk through. The waiting area was reopened after that flight had taken off. We managed to get about 15 minutes in the lounge! In the end, it was just so bad that we had to laugh! Oh well, part of the game of traveling.

The most chaotic airport I've ever been too. It being very small would leave you to think that it wouldn't take too long. Very very wrong. I didn't think I needed 2h before my flight. I definitely did! The queue to security is huge and takes forever. And the gate itself is absolute chaos. Nowhere to sit. Extremely packed with people. No announcements, and the sign doesn't say anything, but people are boarding for something, so you dont know if you're boarding or should wait or whats happening.
