I was about to end my vacation when this happened, and I met the most lovely, kind, and caring people. Thanks to them, I had one of the most wonderful experiences of my life. Because of them and their amazing staff, I was able to leave San Andrés with a beautiful memory that I will cherish forever. I highly recommend this experience — and trust me, get the video and picture package. You will never forget it, and you will never regret it. 🌊✨

They are professionals and we felt safe the entire time. The views were great. The boat for parasailing was too crowded. They squeezed in too many people, so it was uncomfortable to sit. It also took over the expected 2 hours because of this. You can pay extra (~230 mil cop) for drone footage. If you don’t pay for footage, expect to be placed towards the end of the line on the boat.

It was a great experience doing the “Parasail”with Richie Parasail. We felt safe at all times, the crew was very attentive and dedicated to make us have a great experience. The view was out of this world, you can see all the 7 colors of the sea, you go up and down, touch the water (if you want to) and in case you don’t feel ok, you have a safe sign you make for them and they bring you back. If you want the service with the go pro or if you want them to take photos of you, you’ll have to pay extra (even if they take pictures with your phone, but like I said, they are very dedicated)

We did parasailing, which was fine. The problem I had was that the company let us wait for over a hour to get on the water. They tell you to come half an hour early, just to let you wait for a ridiculous long time without any indication. After paying a hefty sum for the service (we paid 200k per person), the service is poor and Richie should do better (they even charging you for the toilet).

The wait is super long. No indication the place was overcrowded and THEY MAKE YOU PAY TO USE THE BATHROOM the toilet girl was RUDE . I do not recommend after paying 200k plus 10k for the pass I expected to be able to pee. Overall bad service
